Doubles!! ICK!!!!

I have to work a double shift todayYUCK!!

So no pics but but here are the eats

brekkie
1/2 C. oatmeal
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C water
1/2 banana
sprinkle of raisin and brown sugar

lunch
Huge salad
steamed broccoli, cauliflower , and carrots

Dinner

Baked sweet potatoe
steamed broccolie, cauliflower, and carrots
2 hard boiled eggs

snacks
raw broccoli, cauliflower and carrots ( lots of those today)
cantalope
and some pb

maybe soemthing else who knows!

The workout this morning was an easy one

the stats:
Time: 50min and 45 sec
avg HRM 94
highest 133
cal burned 155

So that's it for me!

I need to go or I will be late for work!!!
