It's a really bad eating day!
I was so excited for oatmeal this morning. I was just craving it.
The oatmeal contained.
1/2 C rolled oats
1/2 C. Milk
1/2 C. Water
dab of coconut
1 tsp of brown sugar
This gives you a little bit of an idea of what I ate today. no pics of lunch it was a pb and j sandwich and some peas.
There were more desserts were these came from and I ate more.
I also had a Pepsi!
and then I felt like CRUD!! my body did not like it at all. Serves me right for eating awful!
Dinner was Kashi go lean and some quacker squares
